💡 How to hang wallpaper

Before starting work and hanging the wallpaper, please pay attention to the following aspects: check the article number, the batch number, and the pattern repeat symbols. Please keep the control slip and wallpaper samples.
Carefully prepare the surface
Surface preparation – the surface must be dry, sound, capable of absorbing moisture evenly, clean, neutral, and smooth. Old wallpaper and water-soluble coatings must be removed. Cracks and holes should be filled with a spackling compound if necessary, while highly absorbent surfaces must be pre-primed with wallpaper paste (sizing). Old, unstable surfaces that cannot bear a load must be primed with a specially designed wallpaper primer.
Attention! Non-woven wallpaper must be hung on a uniformly colored surface. For this reason, we recommend applying a pigmented base coat under the wallpaper.

The adhesive must be applied directly to the wall.
We recommend using a high-quality, reliable brand of adhesive specifically designed for non-woven wallpaper, and following the preparation instructions provided. Thoroughly mix the non-woven wallpaper adhesive according to the manufacturer's guidelines. Using a roller, apply the adhesive to the wall over the width of the wallpaper roll.

Hanging the wallpaper.
Hanging non-woven wallpaper always begins "from the light," which means that wallpapering the walls should start near a window. Ensure that the first strip of wallpaper is applied in a perfectly vertical line and properly aligned vertically, so that subsequent strips can be hung straight.
After the wall is coated with adhesive, the non-woven wallpaper is applied directly to the wall and smoothed out with a roller; moreover, this type of wallpaper requires no soaking time. Using a soft wallpapering brush, a cloth, or a microporous rubber roller, press the strip firmly against the wall and smooth it out to prevent the formation of air bubbles.

Trimming the excess and finishing up...
Trim the overhanging edges of the wallpaper at the top and bottom. Hang the subsequent strips of wallpaper perfectly edge-to-edge (butt joint). A conical seam roller can be used at the joints. Please note that strong heat and drafts must be avoided during application and drying. The optimal working temperature ranges from 18 °C to 25 °C.
Additional tips
Another advantage of decorating walls with non-woven wallpaper is that, if applied properly, it can be easily and completely removed dry from the wall during your next renovation.

Description
The main distinguishing feature of this wallpaper is its delicate, spring-like vertical botanical pattern. The delicate twigs, rendered in a watercolour style, stand out against a soft, multi-coloured palette – dusty pinks, muted purples (lilac), warm mustard and soft green tones on a light, creamy white background.
The key added value of this design is its deeply matt finish, which is complemented by a subtle, tactile texture characteristic of natural linen fabric. Visually, this design mimics a hand-painted, natural linen canvas, completely eliminating any unwanted sheen and giving the walls a distinctly organic, romantic and visually soft appearance.
In interior design and the psychology of spaces, this combination of delicate natural motifs, cheerful pastel shades and a matt fabric texture is an excellent technique for creating an emotionally warm, creative and exceptionally cosy space.
The psychological aspect and its impact on the space:
-
Joyful harmony and creativity: The colourful yet subdued watercolour palette brings joy and a gentle playfulness to the space without overstimulating the nervous system. Pink and purple tones subconsciously stimulate the imagination and creativity, whilst green and yellow accents lend the room a spring-like energy and vitality.
-
Vertical dynamics and visual lightness: The delicately angled branch motifs create a natural vertical rhythm that helps to visually ‘raise’ the ceiling. The light base tone, combined with the delicate, airy pattern, visually expands the space whilst maintaining a sense of breathing freedom within it.
-
Natural light diffusion and tactile warmth: The deeply matt texture evenly absorbs and gently diffuses natural light, eliminating distracting glare in sun-drenched rooms. The pronounced linen relief removes the ‘cold’ architectural character from the walls, provides visual depth and helps to perfectly conceal minor wall imperfections.
Expert recommendations for choosing rooms:
Thanks to its ability to bring a touch of gentle romance and tangible cosiness to a room, this wallpaper is particularly suitable for:
-
Children’s rooms and girls’ bedrooms: to create a magical, dreamlike and safe environment that stimulates a child’s creativity and evokes only positive emotions.
-
Bedrooms and relaxation areas: where you wish to bring a relaxing spring-like lightness and feminine elegance for undisturbed rest.
-
For Provençal, romantic or light Boho interiors: this design will harmonise perfectly with light-coloured or bleached wooden furniture, linen and cotton textiles, wicker décor and interior details in pastel shades.
