💡 How to hang wallpaper

Before starting work and hanging the wallpaper, please pay attention to the following aspects: check the article number, the batch number, and the pattern repeat symbols. Please keep the control slip and wallpaper samples.
Carefully prepare the surface
Surface preparation – the surface must be dry, sound, capable of absorbing moisture evenly, clean, neutral, and smooth. Old wallpaper and water-soluble coatings must be removed. Cracks and holes should be filled with a spackling compound if necessary, while highly absorbent surfaces must be pre-primed with wallpaper paste (sizing). Old, unstable surfaces that cannot bear a load must be primed with a specially designed wallpaper primer.
Attention! Non-woven wallpaper must be hung on a uniformly colored surface. For this reason, we recommend applying a pigmented base coat under the wallpaper.

The adhesive must be applied directly to the wall.
We recommend using a high-quality, reliable brand of adhesive specifically designed for non-woven wallpaper, and following the preparation instructions provided. Thoroughly mix the non-woven wallpaper adhesive according to the manufacturer's guidelines. Using a roller, apply the adhesive to the wall over the width of the wallpaper roll.

Hanging the wallpaper.
Hanging non-woven wallpaper always begins "from the light," which means that wallpapering the walls should start near a window. Ensure that the first strip of wallpaper is applied in a perfectly vertical line and properly aligned vertically, so that subsequent strips can be hung straight.
After the wall is coated with adhesive, the non-woven wallpaper is applied directly to the wall and smoothed out with a roller; moreover, this type of wallpaper requires no soaking time. Using a soft wallpapering brush, a cloth, or a microporous rubber roller, press the strip firmly against the wall and smooth it out to prevent the formation of air bubbles.

Trimming the excess and finishing up...
Trim the overhanging edges of the wallpaper at the top and bottom. Hang the subsequent strips of wallpaper perfectly edge-to-edge (butt joint). A conical seam roller can be used at the joints. Please note that strong heat and drafts must be avoided during application and drying. The optimal working temperature ranges from 18 °C to 25 °C.
Additional tips
Another advantage of decorating walls with non-woven wallpaper is that, if applied properly, it can be easily and completely removed dry from the wall during your next renovation.

Description
The main distinguishing feature of this wallpaper is its warm, creamy beige or sandy tone, which is skilfully combined with an artistic, abstract, flowing pattern.
The key added value of this design is its deeply matt finish, combined with a subtle, tactile fabric-like (linen or cotton) texture. Visually, this design evokes the soft drape of heavy fabric or wind-swept sand dunes, completely eliminating any unwanted sheen and giving the walls a distinctly natural and elegant appearance.
In interior design and environmental psychology, this combination of matt finishes, warm earthy tones and organic abstraction is one of the most powerful tools for creating a space that is as cosy, ‘grounding’ and safe as possible.
The psychological aspect and impact on the space:
-
Tactile warmth and emotional security: Sand-coloured and warm beige tones subconsciously provide emotional stability, being directly associated with nature and sun-drenched earth. The matt, fabric-like texture reinforces this sensation, removing any ‘coldness’ from the walls and creating a safe, enveloping atmosphere of refuge or a ‘cocoon’, which helps to relax the nervous system.
-
Natural light diffusion without glare: The deeply matt finish perfectly absorbs and very gently diffuses both natural and artificial light entering the room. This eliminates distracting glare, creating exceptionally soft, diffused and even lighting in the room that does not dazzle and has a visually soothing effect, even on the brightest of days.
-
Organic dynamics and flaw concealment: The abstract, undulating lines introduce a gentle sense of movement into the room, breaking up the traditionally straight lines of the architecture. Thanks to the matt finish and pronounced textured relief, this design perfectly conceals minor wall imperfections, providing a flawless, three-dimensional (3D) illusion of depth and preventing the surface from looking flat.
Expert recommendations for room selection:
Thanks to its ability to bring organic warmth and a tangible sense of cosiness to a room, this wallpaper is particularly well-suited to:
-
North- or east-facing rooms: where natural light is often cooler and can seem a bit dreary; the warm tones and matt fabric texture are guaranteed to ‘warm up’ the space.
-
Bedrooms and living rooms: to create an inviting, harmonious and visually soft environment for maximum relaxation and family time.
-
For natural-style and Japandi interiors: this model will perfectly complement rooms featuring natural wooden furniture with a matt finish, linen textiles and warm metal (brass, copper) or wicker décor.
