Description of terms
Customer - a natural person who orders at www.tapetenshop.lv and is the recipient of the ordered item. The customer purchased at www.tapetenshop.lv uses the customer used for his or her personal needs, the needs of their family and relatives or other purposes.

- General rules
1.1. The owner and administrator of the site is SIA "Home Trends".
1.2. When ordering the product via the online store www.tapetenshop.lv, the customer agrees with the rules of sales (hereinafter - the rules), which are explained below.

1.4. The relationship between the client and the seller is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
1.5. The seller leaves himself the right to amend these rules.

- Registration
2.1. The order design is available to the customer with or without registration on the site.

3.2. 3.5. 3.6. In cases where the Customer refuses to partially or fully paid, but an unspent order, the canceled order amount is returned to the customer.
3.7. The goods descriptions posted on the online store www.tapetenshop.lv are only informative and the use of the information given does not create legal obligations between the visitor and the seller. The product description may not meet the client's information request criteria.
3.8. The owners of the online store www.tapetenshop.lv are not responsible for transferring the color parameters of the photos to the customer's display.
- Delivery
4.1 The delivery of the item is made to all regions of Latvia and some other countries.
4.2 To deliver the item to the customer as soon as possible, the seller is doing everything, dependent on it. However, we are informed that delays in the delivery of the product are possible directly from the seller's reasons.
4.3 The risk of accidental loss or damage to the customer when the customer receives the order.
4.4 In cases where the item is not delivered to the Customer, due to the fault of the Postal (Courier) service staff at the time of delivery, the seller shall reimburse the value of the goods paid for by the customer only after the seller has received a certificate or compensation from the Postal Service.

4.6 The delivery value of each item is calculated by calculating the weight, delivery region and type of specific goods or the entire order, and is indicated on the site at the last phase of the order.
4.7 The order is delivered to the customer or person specified in the order as the recipient of this order.
- Payment
5.1 The price of the item is specified on the site. In the event that the wrong price ordered was given, the seller shall inform the customer at the first option to cancel or approve the customer's order. If you are not able to contact your customer, this order is considered to be canceled. If the order was paid, the seller returns the payment amount.
5.2 Ways of Payment were described in the template in the section "Payment".
5.3 The order is accepted for further processing only by payment of the amount of the entire order to the seller. The ordered item is reserved for 24 hours.
5.4 On the site, the order payment is made with the payout system PayPal Express Checkout.
5.4.1 Operations with bank settlement cards, authorization services are provided by PayPal Express Checkout. If a company providing authorization of bank payment cards has a reasonable suspicion that the operation is fraudulent, this company is entitled to refuse the implementation of the operation.
5.4.2 To avoid fraud, all PayPal (credit card) paid operations are checked. If, as a recipient, a person who is not owned by the PayPal account is indicated and the shipping address is not verified in the PayPal system, the order processing may delay the legality of the transaction for additional inspection purposes. The person, at the request of the bank card, at the request of the first seller, is obliged to present a copy of his passports of two -page passports: with a photo and a place of declaration, as well as a bank settlement card on both parties' xerocopy or a scanned image (the card number needs to be covered, except for the last four digits). If the Customer does not present the above documents or in the event of doubt of authentication, the seller is entitled to cancel this order. The selling amount of the order returns to the bank's billing card owner.
5.5 The seller has the right to grant the customer the discounts and offer the customer to participate in bonus programs. The seller is entitled to amend them in a unilateral order.
- Return
6.1 The customer has the right to abandon the ordered goods within 14 days of receipt. See details in the section "The rules of refusal".
- Intellectual property
7.1 Copy of all textual information and graphic images published on the site is prohibited. On the site Tapetenshop.lv The brand, the name of the trademarks and the logos belong to their owner.
- Guarantees and responsibilities
8.1 The seller shall not be liable for the loss incurred by the customer resulting from misuse of the product.
8.2 The seller does not take responsibility for the content and functionality of external sites.
8.3 The seller has the right to return or otherwise transfer his or her rights and obligations to third parties with the client.
8.4 Descriptions of goods at www.tapetenshop.lv are only informative, and the use of this information does not create legal obligations between the visitor and the owner of the online store. The precision of the product description may not meet the criteria for the client's information request.

The infringement is not considered to be the transfer of information as customer agents and third parties acting in accordance with the Seller Agreement with the intention of fulfilling the obligations adopted by the client.

11. Discount Code
Discount Code -A combination of letters or numbers that gives the user the right to purchase the item even cheaper. The discount codes are granted the expiry date indicated by issuing it.
12. Other rules
12.1 Relations between the client and the seller are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
12.2 In case of questions or disagreements, the customer is by telephone or by e-mail www.tapetenshop.lv. All the disagreements arises as possible through the negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
