💡 How to hang wallpaper

Before starting work and hanging the wallpaper, please pay attention to the following aspects: check the article number, the batch number, and the pattern repeat symbols. Please keep the control slip and wallpaper samples.
Carefully prepare the surface
Surface preparation – the surface must be dry, sound, capable of absorbing moisture evenly, clean, neutral, and smooth. Old wallpaper and water-soluble coatings must be removed. Cracks and holes should be filled with a spackling compound if necessary, while highly absorbent surfaces must be pre-primed with wallpaper paste (sizing). Old, unstable surfaces that cannot bear a load must be primed with a specially designed wallpaper primer.
Attention! Non-woven wallpaper must be hung on a uniformly colored surface. For this reason, we recommend applying a pigmented base coat under the wallpaper.

The adhesive must be applied directly to the wall.
We recommend using a high-quality, reliable brand of adhesive specifically designed for non-woven wallpaper, and following the preparation instructions provided. Thoroughly mix the non-woven wallpaper adhesive according to the manufacturer's guidelines. Using a roller, apply the adhesive to the wall over the width of the wallpaper roll.

Hanging the wallpaper.
Hanging non-woven wallpaper always begins "from the light," which means that wallpapering the walls should start near a window. Ensure that the first strip of wallpaper is applied in a perfectly vertical line and properly aligned vertically, so that subsequent strips can be hung straight.
After the wall is coated with adhesive, the non-woven wallpaper is applied directly to the wall and smoothed out with a roller; moreover, this type of wallpaper requires no soaking time. Using a soft wallpapering brush, a cloth, or a microporous rubber roller, press the strip firmly against the wall and smooth it out to prevent the formation of air bubbles.

Trimming the excess and finishing up...
Trim the overhanging edges of the wallpaper at the top and bottom. Hang the subsequent strips of wallpaper perfectly edge-to-edge (butt joint). A conical seam roller can be used at the joints. Please note that strong heat and drafts must be avoided during application and drying. The optimal working temperature ranges from 18 °C to 25 °C.
Additional tips
Another advantage of decorating walls with non-woven wallpaper is that, if applied properly, it can be easily and completely removed dry from the wall during your next renovation.

Description
The main distinguishing feature of this wallpaper is its classic, visually textured pattern of vertical stripes. It features a harmonious and rhythmic interplay of wider and very fine lines in warm, creamy beige (sand) and light pearly white tones.
The key added value of this design is its deeply matt finish, which is complemented by a subtle, tactile texture characteristic of natural linen fabric. Visually, this design mimics a woven, natural linen canvas, completely eliminating any unwanted sheen and giving the walls a distinctly organic, elegant and visually soft appearance.
In interior design and the psychology of space, this combination of geometric order, warm earthy tones and a matt fabric texture is a classic and tried-and-tested technique for creating a structured yet exceptionally cosy space.
The psychological aspect and its impact on the space:
-
Visual geometry and the elevation of the space: Vertical stripes are one of the most powerful design tools for altering the proportions of a space. They naturally draw the eye upwards, creating a strong illusion of higher ceilings and lending the space a sense of grandeur, order and classic elegance.
-
Tactile warmth and emotional security: Warm beige and sandy tones create the perfect emotional balance, filling the space with cosiness. Meanwhile, the matt, linen-like texture removes any architectural ‘coldness’ from the walls, lending them a tangible solidity and creating a secure, enveloping sense of refuge.
-
Natural light diffusion and flaw concealment: The deeply matt texture perfectly absorbs and gently diffuses natural light, eliminating irritating glare even in brightly lit rooms. The pronounced linen texture, combined with the dynamic stripes, provides additional visual depth and helps to perfectly conceal minor wall imperfections.
Expert recommendations for room selection:
Thanks to its ability to make a room appear taller and bring a tangible sense of cosiness, this wallpaper is particularly suitable for:
-
Rooms with low ceilings (such as attics or standard flats): where the vertical lines will visually ‘stretch’ the space and make it feel more spacious.
-
For hallways, entrance halls or living rooms: as a solid, neutral yet textured backdrop that serves as an excellent frame for paintings, mirrors or photographs. This pattern also works brilliantly as a complement to more expressive floral or botanical-themed wallpapers.
-
For classic, coastal (Coastal) or farmhouse (Farmhouse) style interiors: this design will pair perfectly with natural wood furniture, linen textiles and wicker décor.
